Wells Fargo: Simplicity Project

Wells Fargo’s Wholesale UX (WUX) department wanted to utilize design process to optimize workstreams within individual teams and cross-functionally throughout the department. We conducted UX testing across all teams within WUX to develop personas, identify pain points and opportunities, and create journey maps. Then we worked with the Luma Institute to conduct workshops with our staff and iterate on ways to use design process to streamline processes and collaboration across teams. Finally, we designed an internal brand and web site to offer training, events, resources, and inspiration for all of WUX.
