Hello! I’m Kate

I’m a graphic designer and illustrator from the San Francisco Bay Area. During my 10+ years of experience I have worked for Meta (Facebook), Google, Wells Fargo, Littler, and more, and love the challenge of diving into a new field. I enjoy partnering with large cross-functional teams and agencies with global brands and products, as well as working one on one with passionate small business owners. I have consistently juggled multiple projects for print and web at a fast pace and high standard, while also considering how to optimize for efficient processes and rewarding collaborations.

It’s easy to create something beautiful, but design that is also thoughtful, holistic and timeless is something else. Whether I am working on a single project or a full brand development, being able to consider the big picture and also obsess over getting every detail just right is critical. My love of solo travel brings in a fresh creative perspective and inclusive sensibility. My calm demeanor, team-first attitude and positive outlook ensure that deadlines are met whatever twists and turns may arise.

“There are always last-minute edits and formatting changes, which Kate addressed with ease. She tackled each eleventh-hour request without complaint. She is irreplaceable. I can't recommend her enough.”
— Tessa Gelbman, Knowledge Management Counsel, Littler

“Shout out to Kate for being instrumental in creating and fleshing out the design aesthetic for this [project]. She was faced with an ever-growing list of requests, shifts and assets, and took it all in stride while delivering high-caliber creative. Thanks for the push and for getting us to a good place. ”
